For security reasons, any supplier who needs physical access to El Corte Inglés facilities must have prior accreditation. Here we explain how to request it and which rules must be followed.
Request accreditation
Identify the facility
Once you receive your supplier number and access credentials for our B2B Portal, access the UCAGECI application and select the facility, platform or warehouse you need to access and the reason for the visit.
Register your staff
Provide the details of the people who will access the facilities and the required risk prevention documentation.
Receive your accreditation
Once validated, you will receive access authorisation and, where applicable, the corresponding pass or credential.
Documentation and Requirements
- Documentation regarding the coordination of business activities (CAE), when applicable.
- Occupational hazard prevention training certificates for personnel entering the facility.
- Valid official identification for each authorized person.
- Compliance with the facility’s loading, unloading, and access schedules.
- Acceptance of the facility’s internal safety and conduct rules.
Safety Rules

What is the UCAGECI platform?
It is the Business Activity Coordination (CAE) platform where third-party access to our facilities is managed.
How do I access it?
From the portal, go to the “Applications” section and select the UCAGECI tab.
How do I register for the password reset self-service?
You must contact the UCAGECI department by email at ucageci.accesosportal@elcorteingles.es, indicating the username you use to access the portal and the email address where the password reset code should be sent.
What if the UCAGECI tab does not appear?
Try accessing the link https://eciportalb2b.powerappsportals.com/es-ES in an incognito window using the UCAGECI user that begins with "C".
How do I request access to a facility?
From the portal, indicate the facility or platform you need to access, the reason for the visit and the details of the staff who will access it.
What prevention documentation do I need?
The Business Activity Coordination (CAE) documentation and the risk prevention training certificates for the staff accessing the facilities, where applicable.
Is the accreditation valid for all facilities?
No. Accreditation is granted per facility or platform; you must request access for each facility you need to visit.
Which access times must I follow?
The loading, unloading and access times established by each facility. Please check them with the facility administration.
Can my accreditation be withdrawn?
Yes. Failure to comply with the facility’s safety or conduct rules may result in the withdrawal of accreditation.
